Their brunch is one that you can’t miss and a must if you are a brunch lover like me. I had the opportunity to come try their brunch this weekend and let me just say their food did not disappoint. I left feeling full, content and ready to come back and try some more!
Of course when it comes to brunch, having the right people around is a must. So of course, I brought one of my favorite mom friends to tag along. We started off with the Fried Zucchini – tapioca dusted, peppadew and shishito peppers, and cilantro with sweet chili vinaigrette. They were perfectly fried and had a hint of sweet and spice that worked so well together.
We then opted to have all our main entrees we picked out come out together. We ordered the Egg White & Goat Cheese Frittata – wild mushrooms & spinach, herbed tomatoes, goat cheese, pecorino, and peppery cress. This was by far one of my favorites. First of all I am obsessed with goat cheese, and anything mushroom and spinach. Everything about this frittata tasted so fresh and delicious. Along with that we also ordered the Avocado Eggs Benedict – toasted sea salt ciabatta, avocado smash, free range eggs, togarashi hollandaise with a side of fruit. Who can say no to anything avocado? I mean lets be real. Give me all the avocado and I am in heaven. The featured brunch item was a Short Rib Egg Benedict with a polenta bread. This was my friend’s favorite. We finished off with the Ricotta Chiffon French Toast – lemon curd, mascarpone whipped cream and blueberry syrup. This was AMAZING!!!! It totally hit the spot.
Now on to the mimosa bar….which lets admit it is what most of us go to brunch for. Brunch without booze is just a sad, late breakfast. Am i right? They offer their own fresh juices from orange juice, cucumber juice, cranberry juice, grapefruit and even lemon and watermelon juice. Along with that they have fruits and garnishes to add to your champagne in order to make your dream mimosa.
Brunch is served every Saturday & Sunday from 9am – 4pm and they are located in Plano off the Tollway and Parker.
